Rent changes

For residents that have been laid off or have reduced hours, THA needs your information as soon as possible in order to adjust rent amounts for April. You may call the office between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday -Thursday and Friday 8 a.m. until noon. The drop box at the office is also open so that residents can leave us copies of check stubs or separation notices. Also use the drop box or the US Postal Service (PO Box 12, Tifton, GA 31793) to make your rent payments.

You are now able to apply for unemployment benefits.  You can apply online at dol.ga.gov

Please note:  when you receive your unemployment benefits, you must report it to our office.
