Invitation for Bids for HVAC System Replacements at GA 101-7B and GA 101-8B
(65 Units in Tifton, GA)

The Tifton Housing Authority will accept bids for equipment, parts, materials, and labor for HVAC System Replacements at GA 101-7B Maple Street Apartments and GA 101-8B Bellview Circle Apartments in Tifton, Georgia. Work includes the replacement of replacement of existing dualfuel HVAC systems with new heat pump systems in 65 units.

A pre-bid conference will be held at the Authority's Central Office as listed below on April 14, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. All interested bidders are strongly encouraged to participate.

Request IFB documents from the Authority's Contact listed below. Bids shall be prepared in accordance with the IFB instructions and must be received by the Tifton Housing Authority, 1425 North Tift Avenue, Building 15, Tifton, GA 31794 no later than April 23, 2026 at 1:30 PM. Any bids received after that time will not be accepted.
