School Registration is Open

School registration is open for Tift County.  The major change in the process is that parents must make an appointment. This can be scheduled online at:

The following documents must be turned in with the application: Eye, Ear, Dental, and Nutrition Screening (EED Form) 3300; Immunization Record #3231; Certified Birth Certificate; and the child's Social Security Card.

Parents must also provide two address verification documents.

Parents are urged to complete the online registration, but staff are able to assist those parents who don't have internet access.

The registration office is located at 506 W. 12th St.
