The Georgia Powertemporary suspension of customer disconnects has ended as of today, July 15.

Normal business operations will resume, and GP disconnection policy is reinstated.  Regular disconnect procedures are now back in effect. 

To help customers avoid disruption of service, we are providing repayment options. To assist customers, please let them know that they may be eligible for an Installment Payment Plan allowing them to pay off their outstanding balance over a 6-month timeframe - October 2020 through March 2021.  To learn more and enroll, visit georgiapower.com/paymentplan.
