The 2022 Ms. Full-Figured USA GA pageant was held at the Georgia International Convention Center on August 13th in Atlanta, GA. The brand was created by Theresa Randolph over 30 years ago. Last Saturday, a new set of Queens were inducted into the Royal Family. Seneca Clark, a Tifton Native, was voted as Ms. Full-Figured USA GA Plus 2022. Under the direction of Latoya Francois, Seneca will compete again in November 2023 for the national title. For more information on how you can support, please contact Seneca Clark directly. THA would like to thank Ms. Ambreshia Allen and Ms. Alanna Lewis of the GA Department of Public Health - South Health District for providing chronic disease information focusing on hypertension and diabetes as well as offering cholesterol screenings and blood pressure checks. Residents were also provided free at-home covid tests and other DPH giveaways.

Tifton Housing Authority participated in HUD's Strong Families Initiative by hosting a "Family Fun Day" community event! The free event was tons of fun for the whole family. Attendees participated in fitness challenges, water activities, a gaming truck, live entertainment, a petting zoo, face painting, arts and crafts, and received great information and resources from our community partners!

Resident Erica Fuller was recently inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success at DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management.
